More Minnesota talk

MINNEAPOLIS — The subject of two losses to lowly Minnesota this season has been a favorite conversation topic in Jazzland the past few days, and things were no different at Utah’s shootaround this morning in advance of tonight’s visit with the Timberwolves.
“We lost two games to them, and they get ready to play ya,” coach Jerry Sloan said. “They played us well, and we look back — those are games that I guess you think you should win, but they didn’t let us win.
“We have to do a better job playing against them,” Sloan added. “They have some good players. … They put a lot of pressure on you with (big man Kevin) Love, and his ability as a 4 man (power forward).”
Seven-win Minnesota has beaten just four other teams this season — New Jersey (twice), Denver, Sacramento and Washington.
